Dear Moviegoers,
Turkey Day this year was absolutely stuffed with food. I’m honestly unsure how I or my family are going to finish everything that we made and received.
The same kind of stuffed sensation goes for my awards season screener selections, which have been plentiful thus far. I’m absolutely thankful for the food and the flicks!
Believe it or not, I still have a few more movies to get to before finishing my review coverage of this year’s New Orleans Film Festival. One, You Resemble Me, is beginning a theatrical run in the area at Zeitgeist tonight.
I’ll have that review sent and posted soon, but until then, I did do a guest spot on fellow SEFCA member/local critic Brandon Ledet’s podcast over at Swampflix, where we chatted about the festival and more. It’s always fun discussing films with him, and I highly recommend listening in below.
